Dinner at your leisure from 18:00-20:00 at Tamworth Aero Club (PAYG)

• 20:00 - CT-4 Film Night at The Aero

• 22:00 - Bus from The Aero to Sanctuary Inn

• Pre - 09:00 - Look after yourself for Breakfast

• 09:00 - Bus departs Best Western Sanctuary Inn for YSTW

• 09.30 - Sydney Flight College Academy Tour (Old BAe Training Facility)
  (Working morning tea)

• 10:30 - Formation briefing and practice until 12:15 (Pilots must be formation-endorsed and current)

 Please note: other pilots are welcome to sit in on the briefing, but it is a sterile environment.

• 11:00 - Aerobatic Display Practice (Bryan Greenfield) until 11:45

• 11:00 - Aircruiser Discovery Talk (John O’Halloran)

• 11:45 - NZAero Midlife Upgrade and CT-4G talk

• 12:30 - Lunch with Cliff Tait

• 13:45 - Elephant Walk briefing
  (Working afternoon tea)

• 14:30 - Elephant Walk
  Debrief immediately after (approx 15:30)

• 16:00 - Bus departs YSTW for Best Western Sanctuary Inn

• 18:30 - Gala Dinner - Rydges Powerhouse - Dress Code: Not quite black tie - dress 'up'.

• 10:30 - Shuttle Departs YSTW for Tamworth Memorial 

(to watch the Formation Flyover - for those not involved) - TBC

• 10:45-12:00 - Formation Flyover of Tamworth Memorial

• 11:30 Shuttle Departs Tamworth Memorial for YSTW - TBC

• 12:00 - Plaque commemoration at YSTW (Mayor Russell Webb)

• 12:00-12:15 - Aerobatics over field (Bryan Greenfield)

• 12:00-13:00 - BBQ Lunch with Sydney Flight College 

• 13:00 - Pilot Proficiency Education Session - Pilot Approved Maintenance (Chad Summers)

• 14:00 - Departures

• 16:00 - "Stragglers" Bus departs for Sanctuary Inn

• 18:30 - Informal "stragglers" get-together for dinner - details on the day.
