• 17:00 - Meet at Merimbula Air Services to hear Tracy Bolt (CFI, learned to fly in a Victa) talk about coastal flying and ditching!

• 17:15 - Welcome drink on the Merimbula Air Services Deck - further refreshments PAYG

• 18:00 - Pizzas on the Deck at Merimbula Air Services

• 19:30 - Transport from aerodrome to Sapphire Waters Motor Inn (official accommodation)

• 8.30 - Find you way to Club Sapphire (short walk from Sapphire Waters Motor Inn), for "breakfast and briefing"

• 9:00 - Briefing for Mallacoota flight and navigation exercise

• 9:30 - Formation briefing for Mallacoota (YMCO) flight (Pilots must be formation-endorsed and current)

• 10:00 - Transport to Merimbula Airport (YMER)

• 10:30 - Pre-flighting and individual departures for YMCO

• 10:45 - Formation departures for YMCO 

• 11:15 - Courtesy bus for flying participants - first run from YMCO to Mallacoota Hotel Motel for lunch

• 11:30 - Courtesy bus for flying participants - second run from YMCO to Mallacoota Hotel Motel for lunch

• 11:45 to 13:00 - Lunch at Mallacoota

• 13:00 - Courtesy bus first run back to YMCO

• 13:15 - Courtesy bus second run back to YMCO

• 14:00 onwards - Individual departures for YMER

• 15:00 - All aircraft back to YMER

• 15:15 - Transport departs YMER for Sapphire Club

• 15:30 - Fast and Not So Furious 3: Three quick sessions of 20 minutes each
  Sapphire Club - Tasman Room

• 17:00 - Walk back to Sapphire Waters Motor Inn

• 18:30 - Grand Dinner - Wharf Restaurant - Dress Code:  Bit better than smart casual
  Guest Speaker - Dee Bond

• Pre - 09:15 - Look after yourself for Breakfast (nice cafes nearby)

• 09:15 - Transport departs Sapphire Waters for YMER

• 09:30 - PPP session Rex Koerbin (who learned to fly in a Victa) of Merimbula Aircraft Maintenance 

• 10:15 - Morning tea

• 10:45 - Briefing - Frogs Hollow (YFGS) flight

• 11:00 - Formation Briefing - Frogs Hollow flight (Pilots must be formation-endorsed)

• Not before 11:15 - Individual departures YFGS

• 11:30 - Formation departure to YFGS 

• 11:45 - 13:30 - Lunch with Frogs Hollow Flyers

• 13:30 onwards - Departures

• 13:30 onwards - "Stragglers" departures to return to YMER

• 15:00 - "Stragglers" Transport departs for Sapphire Waters

• 18:30 - Informal "stragglers" get-together for dinner at Club Sapphire - details on the day.
